After years of fully supporting a locally owned and operated business I am finally done with this place. I've noticed a decline in customer service lately but after what they did to me today is unacceptable. I schedule an appointment to have tires put on "super simple job for a tire shop". After sitting in the waiting room for over an hour they very rudely tell me that they cant put tires on my truck because they dont have a hex key "Allen wrench" in their entire shop to take my hub cap off. Said there was nothing they could do and sent me out the door. I very quickly realize that they had the hex key and they just carelessly stripped out the bolts that was holding on my hub cap. I call them out and they deny it and refuse to make it right. I took off work to make this appointment to support what i thought was a reputable small business. I fixed the issue myself in 20 minutes when I got home without having a whole garage at my disposal. The same day I took my truck and tires to Tire Plaza East and they got me rolling in less than a hour. DO NOT GIVE THIS PLACE A DIME!!

I was on my way back from an appointment for my parents and a low tire alert popped up. I was close to Tornatta Tire on Morgan so I stopped and asked if I could get some air in the low tire. Within 5 minutes a gentleman was putting air in my tire and went the extra step to check all my tires and fill them as well. This is excellent customer service and I will definitely go back when I need tires.

I can not say enough great things about Tornatta Tire and its team members. I have been taking my cars here since 2017 and I have never had to worry about them overcharging me or charging me for things I didn't really need. More times than not, they call within a half hour of me dropping my car off only to tell me there is nothing wrong. :-) Today I was bothered by my brake squealing. Again, they called within 15 minutes of dropping it off and advised my brake pads looked good as new. I simply explained that the noise was bothersome and loud. They went back to work. Found a noise in the right front - cleaned it and retested. Good as new. Best part - NO CHARGE! I highly recommend you check them out for auto needs especially when shopping for new or gently used tires. They beat out everyone.

I took my van to this shop 2 months ago and they changed put all new parts for the breaks and then later now the wheels got rusty and they say it’s “normal” I took a second option and they are going to have to replace everything again because they did a bad job the first time. Not recommended to go here because they are not good at seeing what the problem is they need to see the car in very bad position to see what the problem is. It was not cheap either not a good price for these results.
